here's some progress .... received my pinion brake kit and all of my steering stuff is in stock. Machined the stock rockwell front flange for the 1½" draglink Also found a 5th combat rim for a spare

I'm taking 3 days off this week so i hope the 715 will be running by this weekend

    Here's some progress ....

New steering parts .... with the new power steering system , the draglink should be parallel to the rockwell. The box i have got a flat pitman arm instead of the stock one wich is raised around 1½". Also the box will be drilled for hydro assist because those big meats should not be easy to turn on pavement with only a stock power steering .

Those wheels are heavy ... i'm sure they weight around 250 pounds .... the combat rim is weighting at least double the tire

Pinion brake installed but will be using only for parking brake with and addition of a cutting brake

Since i'm installing the kit toward the driveshaft ( also brand new 1410 serie ) i was having a leftover cover ... so installed it backward to have a more finished flange .... it was in the kit so .... why not install it !!

Also i have taken my stainless braides hoses lenght , tomorrow i will be ordering them through my local hydro shop ... should have them by friday . If everything is good ... i should be driving the M715 this week end .

I will leave any updates as soon as i can ...... then 1 month off to drive the truck around town .. then cummins swap !!!

Stripped the rock brass block that goes on the front cylinders ... took the bad size of brake lines for the rear .... everything was going bad on friday ... but saturday was better ... all my brake are plugged, just need to bleed them but i was alone. Installed new door rubber seals .... now thoses doors sounded when closed like a 500 pounds door .The gaz tank is getting back under the truck with a new filler neck hose ..... and yes it's a pita to get the hose there .... put some fuel and give a try ..... just too bad .. dead batteries. Calling the week end off .... next week should add a little video of this truck RUNNING.

Now i need a jerry can and a strap to attached it !!!
