From the Zone's on-line manuals from above:
Vent Line Diagrams
John has also done the following Vent Diagrams for the early & late style setups:
early style aircleaner: http://www.m715zone.com/vb/view.php?pg=early_vent
late style aircleaner: http://www.m715zone.com/vb/view.php?pg=late_vent
Thanks !
What's the difference between early air cleaner and late style ?
Sorry, I found the differents air cleaners types...
I have the late type with 2 pipes : one hose which comes from fuel tank vent and the other ? (there is a small and a larger pipe)
Where is connected the hose which comes from the valve located in the intake manifold, under the carburator ?
Sorry for my bad english !!
Phil
"Where is the hose connected which comes from the valve located in the intake manifold, under the carburetor?
Looking in the online manuals: http://www.m715zone.com/vb/view.php?pg=20chap2-11
If you have a governor mounted under the carburetor, Figure 2-18 shows this as hose #9.
I don't know the answer since I don't have this type of aircleaner. Hopefully someone on the Zone will help answer this.
If you don't have a governor, then you are talking about the hose #2 in Figure 2-17 which connects the PCV valve to the valve cover.
I may have found what you are asking about.
Download
"Installation Instructions for the Governor and Desert Aircleaner, large canister type."
http://www.m715zone.com/vb/pages/man...aircleaner.pdf
The governor vent line is connected to the aircleaner horn.
See page 15, figure #6. governor vent hose #8
also see page 10, figure #1
Thank you very much, that's what I need !
Phil
