    From an e-bay add for a M-715 today. This line describes the engine, which is a stock 230;

    Extermely rare has one of a kind straight six Kaiser engine will burn anything from gas, diesel or cooking oil.

    Let the buyer beware!!!

    There appear to be a fair amount of people out there who think the 230 is a multi fuel...I dont know why but it surely is NOT!

    Guys right around the corner from me. Thinking of stopping in to see that truck.Really like to see this Multy fuel 230

    I don't know...mine burns gas, oil and antifreeze. Does that count?

    Axles have 589 gears welded rear and open front

    What are they welding? Making both wheels drive the same?

    They weld the spider gears to make a poor mans locker...since people use Lincoln welders, among others, to do this, they are sometimes called Lincoln Lockers.

    6 ton winch in front.
    Doubtful.

    It comes with matching 1 ton trailer
    Wrong.

    The blackout lights maybe...

    Two fold up seats and weapons box in the back
    Cant see in the bed but...who knows...

    The seller e-mailed me some pictures of the data plates. Very quickly, too! It all looks the same as any standard M715. He told me in his e-mail to me that the previous owner might have mislead him about this truck, so I invited him here to bone up on all things M715.

    If it burns gas, oil, and antifreeze, then it qualifies as a hybrid, right?
