    Default Data Plates

Sorry for all the questions as of late but I'm trying to get my parts together for my M715 and I'm full of questions.
Anyhow I ordered a replacment set of M715 W/WN data plates from Rapco today and it sayd it comes with 6 plates....I'm looking at my data plate that kwai shipped me and it has 7. Heres a list of the ones Rapco sends
-Nomenclature Plate, Caution Plate, Shift Pattern Plate, Weight & Dimension Plate, Servicing Data Plate, and Winch Plate

Which one is missing? Would it be the seriel number plate? I'm not sure what each plate is called thats the only reason I ask.

Just call rapco and tell him, he will know which is missing.

There's the six. I don't think I've ever seen a plate in that top, right corner....

What are you using to rivet them to the base plate? RAPCO didn't have the right brass rivets, did they?

Rapco did not have the right rivits I'm going to try and order them from ROn at MVdataplates.
Every replacement I have seen the seriel plate looks differant than the originals that where installed at the factory.

See how neither of them have the proper lettering for the Fed Seriel # or the truck designation.
The last spot on the top is for the federal proquirement plate.

Yeah, RAPCO didn't have the right rivets when I ordered mine either. I ended up just using aluminum rivets. Looks okay.

The RAPCO data plates look just like the originals, only there was one small error I noticed in I think the Servicing Data plate.

Rapco sent me the rivets. They look like they will work just fine. Brass even.

The one for the upper right corner is the [responsible agency] plate. Got that one from MV Data Plates.

I agree w/ Binford, have never seen a 715 w/ any plate in that spot, its just space thats left on the mounting plate. The responsible agency plate wasnt used on the 715, just duece an 5 ton etc.
