Anyone near Highland Texas?

I may have a matter that needs looking into. I am in Washington state and Texas is a little far for me to travel. I purchased a paint gun cleaner machine from ebay. Seller had 100% good feed back for 5 years. Machine showed up in time, but the pump and shutoff switch did not work. I sent the machine back per sellers request. I have heard nothing. He was supposed to send me a new machine. The address is in Highland Texas. I have an actual address if it is any good. I'm giving the seller today to resond to my second email. If I don't hear anything back I will put feedback on ebay. Consult Paypal and my credit card about the purchase. I hope things work out. Any advice would be appreciated. I have been understanding and just want what I paid for. A working machine. Thanks Everyone.

That is the other side of Houston from me. About 150 miles. But, the guy who owns the 20 acres next to me lives near there I think. He should be up to look at his land this weekend and I will ask him.

company I work for has another plant in pasadena,tx, I know a few of the people there, I might be able to help if you can't find anyone else...

I'd be asking a good friend, his brother still works there, but my friend doesn't work at that location anymore, but they might be able to help...
