I wonder if that would show up as flood damage on a carfax report,that is awsome to be able to drive your vehicle under water it would be hard to want to do that with a freshly restored truck though

I have a video from a Dodge military test for a fording setup...they said it had to be able to be driven into the water, in this case, ocean, have the vehicle submerged, shut off motor, wait 30 minutes, refire and drive away. The footage shows 2 guys standing in the cab, on steering and using a hand throttle to run the motor. The water is high enough that with the windshield folded down, none of the truck can be seen but the fording tubes...the water is at the guys chests.
Looks like they did the testing in winter. Brrrrr.
