they come up on ebay often, surplus city in ca has them but they are rather expensive as are many of the ones sold by mv parts dealers. someone here may well have one to sell

Feel free to post an ad in the Wanted forum. Lots of guys convert to 12V and thus may have a 24V starter they'd be willing to part with.
