That is the size wrench you will need to remove the nut that holds the pintle hook on the back of your truck.

Mine has never spun or moved without the help of a long pipe. Yesterday I told a student to remove it and clean it up. He did and after removing all the rust and adding grease, it spins just fine. It makes a nice step when turned sideways by the way.
