Thread: Steering shaft question?

    Default Steering shaft question?

I have mounted my steering column. It is a 2004 Super Duty Column. I want to keep the ford factory cruise and turn signals and it has the Ford Factory Pats system with electronic key a little added security. The question is... I can not find a steering joint like the super duty column has. Its like a double d but flat on one side. I have a steering box out of a cherokee so that joint is not a problem. Does anyone have a place to get ford joints made up or seen them anywhere?

I would suggest Borgeson or Flaming River.

Other than that, I really don't know unless you want to us the Ford joint and weld up your own shaft.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.
