    Default Bell Coupler Rebuild

Is this the correct bell coupler rebuild kit I need for the 715?

I bought the complete NOS shaft and coupler from Surplus City Jeep for around $50 a few years back.

NOS is NOT an option for me.... 50 yr old rubber, pot metal etc just doesn't warm me up...

I'm more or less fighting spending the $250 and putting in collapsible shaft borgeson u joints and being done with it.

I did the same. The NOS part was well preserved in it's package.
Rubber boot was still quite supple.

I'm not aware of any pot metal in the steering joint.
And, I have had poor luck with much of the repro rubber parts manufactured these days.

Obviously the Borgenson steering would be the best way to go, though.

Thanks Dan... almost re-affirms that if I plan on putting this on interstate 75+ mph highway that maybe the collapsible shaft borgenson is a once and done solution...

    unfortunately at $230 worth
