    Default stock canister air filter #

    ive tried searching the forum and looked on parts list but can get the part number list to match up to find what stock air filter online , i cant find the old one and if i remeber right it looked odd and didnt fit right , so if anyone can help me with maybe a part number i can take to the parts store it be great

    I just looked this up again today for the desert air cleaner...

    I scoured the web looking for one....

    Good luck in Your Quest, if you mean the desert air cleaner.

    The only way i found one was to buy the complete unit, canister and all...
    Or from a member here selling theirs.

    Here are the Specs of the Stock paper element inside:

    A Fram CA151 fits nice and snug inside my stock M715 air filter.

    found the canister air filter number , i had to search the web and it brought me to a post on this forum back in 2008 , napa # FIL-2548 but it cost $65 and donaldson # p11-2989 but not able to find that one or cross refence any other filters to theses , thanks for posting that KWAI back in 2008

    That NAPA number should be available.

    Let me take a second to fix the link I posted 2 posts up from Part Target.
    It seems they killed the page I had posted, and here is a new and working link:

    I noticed this page is a bit different also..
    And there seems to be a Donaldson part number in there that is very close to what you posted... But could not find or cross.

    Try this number for Donaldson to cross...

    Donaldson P11- 3989 ( very close to what you posted above )

    It would be good to locate a few of these...

    I didnt look up the napa or the donaldson for price or to cross.

    i got the napa # FIL-2548 canister air filter in today it fit and had no problem starting the truck alittle tuning carb sence i was running the engine with out a filter before . its alittle pricey at $65 but works

    my Donaldson supplier told me there out of stock with no new mfg date because there obsoliete
