    Default Head Gasket

If I replace the head gasket, what other gaskets are required to do the job? Also, is this the correct head gasket? Seller says for M715 and civilian, yet on here I have read the gaskets are different.

Does this "overhaul gasket set" look correct and is this a fair price?

m715 head gaskets are specific to m715's and civy will NOT work in its place

the picture used for the ebay sell head gasket is CORRECT for a M715, note the two small triangular shaped outjets on the left side of the picture. a civilian version will not have this-this extra material prevents an oil leak at the front of the block

so a military head gasket can be used in both military and civilian application, but not the other way

a very good price, but look up a couple pictures at their head gasket, that is a civilian head gasket, notice how it is square at the end(right side of picture)-SO be wary of that gasket set, the lack of description is worrisome

I called them earlier in the year about that overhaul gasket set, they do not have any.

So is it true that you can use a M715 gasket on a civilian 230, but not the other way around?
