    New Soft Top
Post by parityodd on May 22, 2006, 1:56pm

I can't remember who made it but someone made a soft top for the M715 with a larger than stock zip out rear window. I was wondering if anyone has one name of the company or the contact info.

    Thanks

I thought that SoCal had put up some pictures of my top too, which features that larger window and zips.

I love the zippers... but the downside to the bigger window is more distracting reflections off the windsheild at night than a normal top.

I ordered the zip-up rear section too. I asked for cinch-straps so I could cinch it up tight when rolled up. She said she'd do that. I also ordered a cover for the back window that could be rolled up and tied/buckled/whatever during the day, then let loose to cover the window at night to eliminate the reflections. That was an extra $15. She called it a "blackout curtain."

d**n fine idea there. Mine came with straps to hold the window up, but not cinch it tight. Judith did good by me too though, I was on a stupid time schedule and she took care of making sure I got my top in time.
