Thread: New Source for Lock-Out Hubs?

Default New Source for Lock-Out Hubs?

The recent threads about lock-out hubs got me to looking around again for what's out there. In looking for a source for the Warn hub I found this guy Dan Shockley at powerwagonlocker.com.

    http://www.powerwagonlocker.com/power-wagon-hubs.html

These hubs are basically the same as the Warn hubs that porkchop showed in another thread. Much stronger and beefier than the Selectro hub in my opinion.

I emailed Dan and he said he could probably build the M715 hubs but needs a minimum order of 10 at about (hold on to your seat) $500/set. As you can see from the pictures, the lock-out hub is a quality build. The online price for the lock-out hub pictured is $300/set so I would think that more orders would bring the price down.

Is there any interest out there?

Nice looking hubs. I would have rather had those than the selectros, my build is pretty much finished and I could buy another set of selectros for that price. If had seen these a few years ago I would have jumped. Thanks for the source, they are pretty.

Gees, I'm in the market, but at $150-200 difference in price, I don't know if I could go with those right now.
