    Wouldn't ya love to just throttle the morons that come up with this stuff. That is totally out of line.

    The sad part is that they don't seem interested in the real offenders, like the guy driving around with the catalytic converter removed, or a car so badly out of tune you can see the tailpipe emissions.

    Next they will go after the aftermarket exhaust systems, headers, bolt on performance items, and then the performance chips. Soon you will have to mow your grass with an electric mower just like Kalifornia.......

    Here in Virginia, the shortsighted politicians decided to clean up the air by making emission inspections mandatory in about 10 counties. The rest of the state is exempt. The polluting vehicles that enter the counties that have an inspection, come from counties that don't on a daily basis in the form of commuters. I guess the polititcians don't think the wind blows anything over their county line either.
