    Hello every one, new to the site officially been milling around a little. Anyway I'm looking at buying an M715 And I was just curious as to what I should look at on it before purchasing it. Thanks in advance, Charles.

    Rust. Everything else is easy to fix.

    That and big holes cut into it by a VFD conversion.

    Tailgates are hard to come by.

    And fuel tanks. Look for rust behind the seats, also.

    Thank you for the responses, I went and looked at it and it seems quite clean. Apart from rust in the compartment under the bed. It runs well but brakes are a little weak. They are asking 3000 Not sure if that's a fair price or not,any input on that would be great.

    $3k for a minimally-rusted good runner seems reasonable to me.

    Good start to a project truck. I think $3000 is in the ballpark, considering you said it runs fairly well. Offer the seller $2,500 and see what happens. Good luck.
