    That is correct. Those holes allow access to bolt the bed down to the frame. Those are the same as mine. The truck looks great. Nice work.

    Yeah mine had those same 4 hole also. But didn't see the point as they were not needed to take the bolts out.

    And Good Year tires too! Look at this picture of my truck in 1970. Good Year back then. I don't think you can get Good Year here in the US.
