Thread: has anyone marked their 715 as a seabee unit?

    Well I did have a couple minutes today to look through the yearbooks. There weren't many "good" pictures that showed an entire M715 and the markings but my coworker is going to look for his old pictures that he took with his camera. I didn't really look thoroughly through the yearbooks yet either but didn't really have enough time. I'm sure he would have let me take them home but I totally didn't think to ask him. Maybe on Monday I'll remember. Anyway here is a picture of a picture from a yearbook from 1984. It shows an M715 either going into or coming out of a C5 I think.



    And an M151 for grins





    And maybe a deuce that confirms the door picture Beast has already shown.



    I also asked him if the number on the door of the truck had any relevance to his unit and he studied it for a second and said "I don't think so."

    The Navy had a different registration numbering scheme.
