I por15 my frame and my cab and bed are just resting on my frame with some bolts dropped through. I would like to replace the rubber body bushings. I've heard some people have used drilled out hockey pucks as a cheap, stong way of doing it. Also I remember a posts a few months ago about use of poly bushings from possibly a CJ kit. What are people using?

    Thanks

I used the rubber bushing from a CJ fiberglass body kit. Cut it to the thickness you want. It's comes in a 2 foot length.

John does the cj body kit have rubber or polyurethane ? Is it solid ? Could you use it for a body lift possibly? Thanks Fisherman

It is rubber. I think the outer diameter is about 3"and it has 1/2"-5/8 hole through the center. I used it for the cab mounts (3/4" thick). I don't think I would use it for a 3" body lift'maybe 1".
