400 Chevy engines are hard to cool compared to the rest of the small block family because of the water jacket design. About the only bolt in you will find is for a 396 Chevelle. Some trimming will be required even with that. Several companies offer 350 SBC swap kits for CJ jeeps. Those radiators are also as close to bolt in deals as you will find. Zoners that have used either option report good results.

I have a Summit aluminum radiator in mine and love it. I had to move the support over, make mounts and a few other things however. My 396 Big Block does just fine in the Texas heat though.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

The other option is to run a core support from a 72-91 FSJ that had a V8 and run an aftermarket aluminum radiator that is set up for the GM V8. This is what I did with mine, works really well.

Just order a "CJ to V8 conversion radiator".

Search that exact term on e-bay and you'll come up with several options. Aluminum or standard copper. I did the aluminum one and it cools my 396 just fine with an electric fan.

Nice thing is, it fits in the stock space almost exactly. You just need to elongate the mount holes either in the radiator or body a tiny bit.
