Are the lenses the same size? I need a set for a LED project so the color does not matter. Have seen a couple of fronts on Ebay but no rears. If they are the same size, I will just get some fronts.

Yes. You do mean the stock ones right?
You can take a lid off the front or rear and screw it to the other.

A couple people have taken the stock light covers and opened them up to were just a circular rim remains...open up a bit of the inside of the light housing as well and 4 inch round LED lights can go in there...
That is exactly where I am going with it...
