Thread: Fuel pump

    Default Fuel pump

Recently acquired a 67 Kaiser M-725 ambulance. Serial number 10412. Fuel pump has been removed and replaced with wrong one. Original was of course the dual action. Part number was 944561-RB. Any ideas for where to find one or a good replacement? Thanks for any help. As I embark upon restoring this fine vehicle I'm sure there will be many more questions. Also needs a rear step/attendant's seat. Anyway, thanks for any help.

I have 2 sitting in my shop...both came off running motors but have been sitting for at least 10 years. They can be rebuilt if not working...
Make me an offer for either or both.

And for what it's worth, the fuel pump in my truck is original and works OK. However, my truck is rather low mileage. Yes, I realize that time makes a difference but if you get one or both fuel pumps, the main issue after diaphragms is the pivot hole in the arm. My understanding is that they tend to hog out that hole.

    Good luck!
