    Default M725 in Lantana TX

Thanks for the add. I'm a former Mechanized Infantry Army NG Motor Sergeant. Just bought a M725 just North of Dallas - Lantana. Looking for someone to go see why it won't turn over since the owner found one dead battery and replaced it, with the other one testing fine (I would have replaced them both) Was running fine prior. Will gladly pay for your time.

Also, need it transported to Eastern PA.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, if it has 24v and doesn't want to turn over then check all the connections along the way. I would start at the foot start switch and make sure that it is not shorted out. From there move to the starter. If it is all original then it should at least roll over with nothing else powered up as there is no cut-off between the battery, foot switch and starter.
