Thread: Gas pedal is shot. Any ideas?

    Default Gas pedal is shot. Any ideas?

    So my gas pedal is really shot. I dont think I can save it. Doubt Ill find a good useable stock replacement. Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

    In what way is it shot.... broke worn thru. Has to be someone who has a spare gas pedal. Parts supply house, parted out truck, etc.

    I believe the Civilian J-Truck pedals were identical. That might widen your areas of search. Good luck.

    thats sounds like something VPW should have. I would call them. with literally tons and tons of parts in containers, it doesnt sound like a hard to find part. if not them memphis equipment.

    I haven't seen seen one at VPW because I could use one also....

    I second replacing it with a J series pickup pedal. I have seen it done and they look identical.

    There's a guy from Iowa selling a bunch of parts, gas pedal and linkage included. Go down the thread list and look for a sale on parts. Hurry Sveng52!

    I just ordered one from whiteowl. I dont know how the hell these people have brand new pedal assemblies but they do lol. I also ordered the bracket for the hood for the blackout/spot light. Pedal was 42.50 and the bracket was 35.00. Awesome find thanks guys
