I never made any helpful suggestions in the last post. I've had good luck breaking beads with a high lift jack that has the base removed. It bites a little better on the truck tires. You'll need to work your way around the bead repeatedly in about four or five spots until it breaks. This is not good for tires being reused but yours are all trash anyway I gather. A really heavy vehicle will need to be used to put weight on the bead. Be careful the jack doesn't tip and smack you or your vehicle as the vehicle will be practically off the ground. It isn't really safe, but if 50 bucks is worth 8 hours work, it is possible. A regular tire iron might work for prying the ring off but I don't know since I just paid the shop to do those. All my experience is with non lock ring wheels except when I was in the Army Guard. Then we used a huge slide hammer on wheels that were not rusty for the most part and it was still a lot of work. Once you get the ring off and the backside bead broken, you are supposed to be able to just slide the tire off the rim with no prying. Yours will probably have the liner bonded/rusted to the rim. One last resort would be to drive around with the tires flat for a little while to loosen them up. You run the risk of damaging the ring or wheel though.
