I'll venture to say that you've added about 700lbs besides the drivetrain

About what did you spend on seats like those?

    E
My friend and I were joking about that the other night. Trans/xfer cradle is about 50, rockers 40 per side with supports, 75 in the cage, rear winch mount 30, front bumper will be 250ish. What do yo mean Im going to need it?

I got the seats off of steel soldiers over a year ago. They are long gone. I saw a set recently sell for 750ish IIRC. They are 2000+ from the manufacturer is what that board is saying. I have only seen two sets come up so If you are serious, jump on them. I will say they are more comfortable than my Dodge 2500.

Here is a neat video from the manufacturer. Wish I could have the MRAP they destroyed.

Your build is sweet, some very nice workmanship there...
Hopefully in the next year or so I'll get time to start my truck.

One question and I may have missed it...
Do you have any details on the radiator? (ie. L x W x H)
I think I read that you had it built custom?

    Keep up the good work!

My buddy ordered the radiator. He owns a diesel conversion business/shop. I merely stroked the check but I can get some dimensions later this week. If you flipped the radiator supports out, it has 2" of clearance each side for a rough length.

The hydroboost was from Elliott on IFSJA.It was from a C/K 4500/5500. He sells HB with spacers for the 715s. Great guy to deal with and the time it saved in the fab dept was worth every penny!

The proportioning block was from CPP. CPP, JEGS, etc have the same block with different manufacturers inscribed on it. I just got the one with the hydraulic brake switch on it for my application.

    Update time

Batteries are mounted like saddle mounted tanks. They are butted up to the storage and between the bedside and frame rail.
