I have seen a lot of trail flops and/or rolls.

You must have at least some concern of this to be adding a roll bar.

I highly suggest having a custom cage fabbed up by a reputable shop that specializes in them. Remember that it's your life that's at stake here and a cage is not something to skimp on, especially on this heavy of a vehicle. This is definitely something you want done right.

I don't know of any good shops in Virginia, but I do know a couple in Maryland and Pennsylvania that do good work. I'm a member of a few local wheeling clubs in the area and am friends with many people who regularly test their cages, so I'd be more than happy to get a few recommendations for you if you need.
