If you go to the Online Maintenance Manuals link at the top of the page, you will see a link for the Project Managers Manual in the table at the top of the page...in that manual, among other really cool stuff, is the correct trailer for the M715.
It is a 3/4 ton unit but it isn't exactly M715 specific...it is also correct for M37's and maybe other stuff. It has the Dodge M37/old style PowerWagon type 5 lug wheels with each lug nut taking a 1 ½ inch socket to remove...unlike the 6 on the M715 that take 1 inch sockets...
They have a 3 view drawing in that manual and specs for the trailer.

Pro-choice, that's a LIE, babies don't choose to die!!
The M101 trailers with the five lug bud wheel is the one meant to be towed behind the 715. In fact the military had an adaptor made up so you could temporarily use your 715 spare on the trailer. It uses I think three wheel studs on the trailer and three on the 715 spare. I have one kicking around in storage somewhere. I have a pioneer tool trailer on the 101A1 trailer chassis to build for my camp gear trailer to tow behind my 715. I am actually thinking about taking an extra rear axle from a 715, some 101A2 trailer parts and making a custom axle with 715 lug pattern with surge brakes to put under it. When and if I do I will do a build thread and post here about it. The M101's and M101A1's were the ones with the five lug buds. The A2's and A3's are the 8x6.5 pattern with surge brakes meant to be towed behind CUCV and HMMV.
thats sounds pretty cool glenn i like to see that in the future![]()
