Thread: Editing posts?

    Default Editing posts?

According to the user FAQ, there should be an "edit post" button, but I can't find it. Where are my obviously blind eyes not looking?

There's an "Edit" button in the lower right corner of your post, but only for the first 5 minutes. That is generally enough time to notice an error and make a correction after posting. After that, the "Edit" button is gone.

If that's the case and you'd still like to make a correction, please feel free to contact a moderator for that forum or an administrator by PM and we will be more than happy to make any alterations for you.

    No problem.
In some other boards I am on, it is considered poor posting etiquite to post a new post rather then editing an old post if you are updating a status, or making minor corrections, adding some pictures, that kind of thing... Every board has its own culture, I'll figure it out.

I moved this here as it is the proper place for questions about the website.

The Open forum is Open Discussion about the M715 family of trucks...thus it is in the General Tech section.

The Open Discussion is intended for things that dont fit neatly into either the Stock or Modified Forum and for issues that involve both so they dont fit neatly into one or the other.
