To me, it appears to be a standard M715 that was custom modified to move mobile homes or some other similar duty.

That is a M724. It's missing it's winch. If you don't want it I do. I pm'ed you.
It's not your average truck. And I don't have a M724 chassis-cab in my collection.
somebody hacked the rear crossmember off the frame....bummer

you can't be absolutely sure without seeing the data plate. However, the pto shift levers, the winch shift lever, the mico-lock on the dash all point to a M724. These don't appear on m715 and M726's (unless the m715 was converted later).
Ah ok...I didn't see those in the pics....if I had I wouldn't have asked my question.
