    Default Cummins 6bt engine mount

What have you used to mount your 6bt between the frame rail ?? Does any motor mount may fit or any cummins parts number ?? Mine is from a 93 dodge w350 and having chevy style motor mount .... I know that for sure it will need fabricating a mount ... but between the mount and the motor ??

    Thanks

I'm working on putting a 93 cummins in my 715 and the 3rd gen design is what I am using too. Got a set on ebay for 50 bucks I think and they bolt right on. They use three bolts instead of the four that came stock. Pretty easy to fab mounts off the frame, just some flat stock and a welder.

This is mostly 4BT stuff, but might give you some ideas.

I thought the ones that used three bolts were the 2nd gen ones. Mine have 4 mounting holes on both sides

I might have gotten my mounts from a 2nd gen motor. Can't remember which year they are supposed to fit. They are the same style like in the picture but only have three bolts that hold them to the block.

OK it should be from a second gen ..

BTW the third genreation used two different engine mount ... the one with the round bushing and the other fit a sandwiched chevy style rubber ... both are from the third gen.
