    Default Fan types

After many opinions about what type of fan to run with my buick 350 I've finally decided, for now, I think. I have a stock 4 blade fan, not sure if this went with the 230 or was a stock type for a buick 350, not going to use for now. I have 2 7 blade clutch type. One I will be using with a new clutch for a buick 350 part # was for a Riviera. The other one I'll keep as a spare. Then I have a flex fan and a spacer that was on the truck. One person says Fram made these and have been known to kill people. Most likely won't be using that one. Also have a front mounted electric fan which I might install if need be down the road instead of making a Fan shroud. I might use with with the clutch fan if cooling is not sufficient. I could turn on the electric fan when wheeling or slow driving occurs and things heat up if they do. Any pros and cons for the different types of fans?

I really like a clutch fan with proper fitting shroud.

Flex fans flex too much and quit moving air.(Fram is da debil, Bobby! -Mama Boucher)

Electric fans don't like water, therefore I don't like them.
