    Default H1 wheels

Want to know ... maybe somone already have tried ...

Since i'm swapping those oem diffs .... i was thinking using H1 wheels ...

My diff setup is on the 8x6½ bolt pattern ... and want to run 39½ iroks with springover in stock location ...

1- I know it will be bolt on .... what about backspacing ?? Does the tires will touch any suspension parts with the offset of those wheels ?? I have a deal on a good used set .... but want to be sure BEFORE buying them !!

Does someone on this board already have tried those rims ??

IF so .... a picture worth a thousands words !!!

    THANKS A LOT !!!

H1 wheels have about 7" backspacing. Stock wheels are 5.5" backspace with stock axles.

What is your axle wms-wms? Get a tape measure and check your clearance.
Stock axles are wider than cucv/chevy axles I would guess the 7" of backspacing would be a problem on the narrower axles.

i'm having full size GM axles ..... 7" of backspacing will be too much ... my current 17" wheel have 4.5 !! will stick on them

Has anyone tried using dually hubs to correct the offset of the HMMWV wheels. I think the dually wheel has more offset but it would just let the tire stick out a little further and help clear the springs?

The DRW hubs work perfectly with the H1 rims.
That is pretty much the accepted norm when you want to run H1 rims with stock centers.
