Default Cost of a new 4BT?

Anyone know what these sell for new to the public. I googled it but was not really successful. I found many referbs for $5500 + shipping, some also had $1000 core charges too.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

You'd probably get a quicker answer on a Cummins board, but be sure to post up what you find out. Inquiring minds want to know, as I don't have any idea what they would sell for, but the prices you noted above seem excessive for a 4bt.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I would do a quick search for cummins in your area. You should know MOST of us are cheap azzes and would never buy anything new. Sorry
