    this guy put a 6bt in his cherokee chief...looks like he didnt cut the fire wall...

    A guy down the road has a 6BT in an early '70's J-truck that he's done a lot of nice work on, including an extended cab. I haven't seen the powerplant personally, but he had indicated that the motor "slipped right in" with no fender or firewall modifications.

    Someday, I'll get by there and take a look at the setup.

    Did that have a turbo on it? Sounded like a turbo whine....

    Glad to see they have rednecks in Germany....LOL.

    There is a zone member from way back that put a 6bt in one of his m715's. No cutting of the firewall. I think he went by Gamagoatman.
