Default 715 moved all by itself today!

    Well, it actually runs now!

Fired it up and backed it out of the shop under its own power, turned around and backed it back in. Power steering works, power brakes work, all systems seem a go. Just need to work on the wiring now, and get all of the little stuff tidied up, then tires, lights, etc for inspection.......

Managed to snap a quick overall pic of it too. It was nearing dark, so not the best quality, but you get the idea:

Actually its Krylon Olive. It looks really good and close to the original color. I did it in rattle can after prepping the body as I would anything I planned to paint in the booth. Its a sort of experiment to see if its paint, or prep that makes the difference.

I also found that Krylon sells that color in quart cans, and that it can be sprayed. I may attempt that at some point.

I'll try to post a better picture today so you can see it. I am very happy with the results.

Looks great! Mine is running pretty good right now but looks like poo. I'll be tearing it apart soon and prolly won't get it running again for a year or so.

Very nice, I'm right behind you. Hopefully mine will move under it's own power in a couple weeks. More pics please.
