Default New M715 Drivetrain - upcoming Jp Mag article

Long time, no type. Hope everybody here on the Zone is well.

Figured I'd give you guys a shout to let you know the upcoming May '08 issue is gonna have a little M-truck stuff in it. Can't let the cat out of the bag yet, but here's a teaser: http://blogs.jpmagazine.com/6224541/...ain/index.html

    Happy New Year.

    You're such a tease, man!

    Thanks for the heads-up.

May I assume we won't be seeing an ad on the Zone for a used NP200?

Highlights the very reason I bought that trans jack--Dont want a transfer case pinning my arm to the garage floor---again

NP200's with the x-members will dent CONCRETE driveways too. And that's all I have to say about THAT!

I think they're still lighter than 203's though.

for sure. i had removed several 205s sans jack when i went to do my first 203. i would have sworn i cracked 5-6 ribs. i figured to reverse bench it down on my chest the way i do 205s. WRONG. lesson learned

Man, I believe that. The X-member hit first and tore the heck outta my blacktop. Didn't even scratch the NP200. I'm not exaggerating. There's not a mark on that darn thing! Whole lotta metal in there.
