Is anyone here running these on wider than stock rims?

You can, but why? Since the stock rims work very well for them.

They are rated for a 6.5" rim.

I'm running them on 8" wheels, they look great.

The wheels on my truck now are a set of marsh 16x10-8 lug bead lock with 40's that I got when I went SOA. Since I don't like the height and I am going back SUA I am going to change tires and just wondered if anyone had tried them on wheels this wide. I don't think it will work just asking. I may have to sell the marsh wheels and have some narrower ones made up or just stick to a wider tire.
