Anyone know what the specific toe-in degree is for the front of a 67' M715?
Anyone know what the specific toe-in degree is for the front of a 67' M715?
Brute Force, our Administrator, just happened to post those numbers the other day. Look under "open discussion" :Alignment Questions. There are #'s for toe in caster and camber. Welcome BTW.
Sheesh, I don't where to find my own posts....
Thanks for the info guys. I read that info in my spec manual too. I know the caster is preset at 3 degrees and the camber at 1-1/2 degrees and that the toe-in is "the distance between the lines at the rear (tire) should be 3/32 to 5/32-inch greater than the distance between the lines at the front (tire)."
I hear that the toe-in adjustment is rather easy though I didn't want to screw her up more than she already is. The alignment is so off that the vibration already destroyed one steering box and she's working hard on the second. Down here in the islands it is very difficult to get a proper front-end alignment with these mechanics, and they need a degree to work with versus an inch ratio....
Cheers,
Chris
