no, you could order them but they make you buy the box an 24 volt are alot more than there 12 v counterpart. most all the M.V. vendors sell them I, often see them on e-bay too you could get a few x-tra so you have one when you need it. in my dash lights I just use 12 v and keep them on the lower setting at the switch and they last if you dont turn them to high

NAPA will sell them individually, but you won't be happy with the price.
George is right about eBay. The MV vendors usually put them up there. In fact, since this thread is now here, I wouldn't be surprised if you see some appear on eBay today!

I just did an online search of a couple of auto parts chains that are supported close to me. One listed stocking a number of parts in 24v including several bulbs.
