    Default 230ci Tornado Fuel pump

    Hi All....Does anyone have a good working original military style fuel pump for sale?..or a rebuild kit?...for my 230ci tornado....mine took a poop and filled the engine up with about a gallon of fuel....I had a extra one but that was also dried/rotted out too.....please help!!
    I can use the Gladiator/civilian one for now.....but want to keep my old M725 as original as possible....plus I need the 2nd feed line for my gas powered heater...and want the air pump working

    Thanks

    Or,
    Buy one of their fuel pump kits, and do it yourself.

    Yep on the kit also. I,d prefer to do it myself so I,d know what I have when its done also if your pivot rod is worn you can correct it while it apart and I don't think t&n does it but I,am not sure.

    They won't repair the rod or pin if worn. Neither does Surplus City Jeep. They will send it back.

    Here is how to fix the lever and pin;

    Here is the link. They can rebuild your pump or sell you a kit to rebuild it yourself.

    according to they`re site, there should be a number on the side of your pump. punch it in the search. or call them with number.

    also in the manuals section at top of the zone, fuel system figure 4-9 shows pump and hook up holes.

    Call them and tell them what you have and want to do. they will be able to help you get the right parts.
