Need to get a steering wheel ordered for the waggy column (see build pics thread).
Any suggestions on the diameter? The truck will/does have power steering.

The stock wheel n the M715 is 16 inches one way and 17 the other...its sides are more flat and top and bottom edges are more round....I wanted more leg room...the 16 is a little close, the 17 hits me...
I mounted an aftermarket wheel with a kit and went to 14.5 inches roughly...no power steering but gives the room I need and I can still work it around good...not too small to work with manual steering...
With power you could go smaller, but if you ever lose the pump on the trail, it will be harder than heck to steer the smaller the wheel is...and these trucks can take a pump out on the trail...ask Drew about his fun at FE2000....
I would stay with something in the 14-15 inch range...common size and still gives a good lever if there is a problem.
