Here are a couple ways I created storage- I use my brinks truck for camping and utilized a lot of dead space with metal fabbin'. The overhead has 2000 watts of stereo, CB, siren, 12V subpanel, on-board air compressor switch/gauge, drop-down 10" rear view camera/mirror screen and 3 storage doors, all using struts to open sequentially with a single turn handle sliding a rod through all. Center console is made of two joined ammo cans fastened to floor armature with HD hitch pins through the inside and padlocked. outside. Hope these photos show...

I'm speachless. That is some absolutely stunning work there. Thats exactly what I would like to do with my 725 How did you make the decals on the panel with the psi gauge and assorted switches? Structurally speaking, how did you attach the overhead storage to the top skin?

I work in printing so I just created the panel in Adobe Illustrator and printed it out on photo quality medium- made an extra with all switch hole centers marked to drill metal plate behind it. The sub-structure is made of one 1" and 4 1/2" steel tubes running lengthwise with flanges on the ends. Used rubber and brass well nuts to secure through inner sheet metal on both sides- 10 mounting points total. Not attached to ceiling. It's in tight (after many difficult fit checks for welding heat distortion) Haven't built the light bar yet- switches added for later- I plan on a self-contained cylinder above the windshield made from a cut out tube with lights within and it will rotate forward for use and down when off (solenoid?) to avoid hasseling with individual light covers. I'll post in a couple months (I hope).
