Default Pictures needed of tcase shifters

Does anyone have any pictures of the t case shifters mounted to an sm465? I got the ebrake done and now I need to fab up the shifters and ebrake handle and as usual, I'm pretty much clueless on how they even went on the original way. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, Tracy
