If it helps to finance the project i would also take a second set

Btw. maybe the mods can change the subject of this thread and make it sticky so its more easy to find

Got you down for a possible second set, Tomcat.

This thread is in a tech forum, so it will be permanently saved. Interest has slowed down on the door seals for now as most who know about the possibility of getting them here have already chimed in.

Eventually either someone will discover the thread and bring it to life again, as you did, or someone will ask about door seals in another thread and one of us old-timers will cough this thread back up. Either way, once it's back on the front page, those who missed it before or are new members will get a chance to sign up too.

But if the Admins want to make it a sticky, they could do that too. Either way, it'll be around.

What is the latest on the making of the seals? In a holding pattern or is it being worked on? There might not be a LOT of guys on the forum wanting them, but I absolutely believe MV parts retailers would snatch up high volumes as well. Nobody has them.

Tomorrow, I'm heading to the salvage yard to outfit my rig with door weather-strip. I just can't wait any longer.

It can't be that difficult to find some rubber that will seal the door-to-cab areas. Even if I have to pull some rubber from a foreign POS, I'll have a nice and tight cab by Sunday morning.

Has anybody else gone this route? I'd like to hear from you, as it may save some time at the yard. I think the only tricky one will be that funky rectangular block piece #5 that attaches to the dash area.

This waiting has gone on long enough!
