Looking good, but in your CV-joint, did you remove the center aligning ball?
The outer housing is all you would use, instead of yokes, and tubing.
Thats right, I needed to shorten it up to the max, to make up for the x-tra length of the gearvendors OD. inches make all the difference in the world when it comes to a steep short drive-line. The guy that does my drive-lines told me the inboard boat guys commonly use this method.
I have also, with no problems. After all the crap about angles, and way's to mount etc.., your set up looks as close to perfect as you could ever get!
I'm hoping so, same angle side to side as up and down, I could minutely adjust the up and down with shims between the frame angle and the mounts. But I'm guessing it'll be just fine. Running it is the true test. Now it's time to set the angles on the diff's with the t-case as the base. Thanks for all the input people! Dan
