I'll be ready for paint shortly. I like Army insignia but I like Marine green. I'll probably go with Army insignia on turd color. Some of you experts need to steer me in the right direction.

Usmc!
What's the USMC green called?
I'm surprised the Arkansas Forestry Commission didn't paint over the windshield on mine, they painted everything else.
Pretty much everything was painted from the factory. Might as well figure that everything should be the same color except the glass, lamp lenses, and gauge faces, lol.
-What We Have, We Hold-
Sounds like some one replaced the windshield frame, maybe, unless there is over spray on it from the paint on the rest of the body.
I love having the stars on the doors. It really makes the truck get noticed as a historic military vehicle. And the only way for stars is to use Army markings, as the Marines didn't use them. Plus when I sanded down my truck, I found original markings from the Army, so it was kind of a tribute to restore it back to the trucks glory days.

Between his picture and mine, you can really see the color difference.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.
