Nothing like reviving an old thread. I am in the throes of rebuilding a 1920. I need a fresh float for it. Preferably brass. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From all I've read in my research, 1920 floats are NLA.

Apparently Daytona is the last outfit in the country with floats and they are Nitrophyl. They are also discontinued and when the current limited stock is gone…well, let’s just say that anyone with a brass float now has a golden one.

Just bought a carb kit from Mikes Carb Parts, they had one for the R3615. Everything fit great with the exception of getting the wrong pump diaphragm, but after an email to the company they said their supplier had messed up a bunch of kits, and the new diaphragm would be on its way.

Very good quality and customer service. Would recommend.

I called the guys about getting the CK537 kit yesterday. That kit is no longer available and they have no replacement. I ordered a kit from Memphis Equipment for like $70.

Saturn Surplus still lists them. Maybe you can give them a call.
