M725 curb weight is 6400#.
I was thinking a little more than that, maybe 8,000 but not sure. I used a bumper pull 20' flatbed car hauler trailer and a CJ5 to bring it 90 miles. All went good at 40mph. FYI don't use a little jeep unless that is the only vehicle at the time. IA good 3/4 or 1 ton will pull it really easy as long as your trailer has brakes.
i put mine on a nearby scale it was right around 8000#.i couldn't believe it was that heavy,my 715 was only 5500#
I belive it should have the weight on the data plate on the dash, empty and loaded. My M725 Weights 6,420.
6400 lbs , TM 2320-244-20 pg 10
I had mine delivered on a flat bed truck and not sure of the actual weight but the driver said it was one of the heaviest things hes hauled.
I had mine at 6420 with a 1/2 tank of gas. I hauled one of mine back from Iowa to northern Michigan 20 car trailer 1/2 ton p/u with trailer brakes no promlem.

Thanks guys I have a Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 v8 I guess it can pull a 6000lb load on a trailer but I think I will take the half ton chevy(it's a loaner) unless someone is driving west with a empty trailer I'll pay the gas.
