    Nice truck! Looks good under the hood too. I can't quite make out how you supported the winch shaft bearing retainer. I want to keep my stock winch and would like to see how you did it. Also, if those rear tires are Multi-mile Super Tractions in good shape, I have two new ones looking to make a set. I'd be interested in doing a deal when you get some 11.00-16's.

    I will try to find a better pic to post of the winch driveshaft support.The tires I have are weather cracked and old.I will try to post some photos I have useing my printer.I have not tryed this yet so it may not work.

    In these two pics of my transfer case you can see the splined shaft with the sliding yoke that the drive shaft that goes to the rear is hooked to. So when you engage the lever in the cab it slides the yoke forward and disengages the rear drive axle. The welder generator was driven from the yoke on the e-brake drum.

    Tig welded the sheet metal in? That is real nice work. Hope mine turns out as nice.

    Nice job, I used 1/4 inch by 3" plate steel for my rocker panels, figured they probably won't rust through in my lifetime, plus rocks and logs shouldn't pose any problems.
